Club Penguin Construction Starts at the Mine

Hello Penguins, I was waddling to the Mine when I noticed it was on construction! Club Penguin is getting ready for the Earth Day Party that will arrive on April 22 to the Island! I think Club Penguin is working on a recycling plant that will be located at the Mine take a look at the Construction that has started already:
